MELISSA

Hello! I am UX design lead who loves challenging projects and collaborating with my super smart colleagues from both UX and other fields. I started out helping design websites and quickly realized that I was drawn to the UX field. I chose to get a Master’s degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture to support the real-life work I was doing, and a few years later jumped into the agency side to explore more diverse digital projects. I’ve been helping my clients craft beautiful, usable and weel-organized sites ever since.

MY SPECIALTY

Passionate about honing my craft, I excel in delivering exceptional project work and take pride in mentoring junior experience designers. My extensive background allows me to bring innovative solutions and strategic insights to every project, ensuring user-centric designs that drive engagement and achieve business goals. Although most of my projects have been in the health sector, I have also worked with non-profits, academia, in B2B and in the banking industry.
