I directed the strategic vision and user experience design for the new "Health" section of hopkinsmedicine.org. My responsibilities included leading UX initiatives such as experience design, information architecture, taxonomy strategy and development, content modeling, and user research. The project also involved integrating and mapping content from a licensed health content library.

Health System Site Redesign

As Experience Design Design Lead for CHRISTUS Health’s website redesign, I streamlined a fragmented digital ecosystem by leading user research, restructuring content, and enhancing navigation. I also redesigned the provider search experience for 15,000+ physicians, delivering a mobile-first, accessible solution that improved usability and engagement across 600+ care locations.

Medicare Advantage Plan Redesign

As Experience Design Lead for the SCAN Health website redesign, a Medicare Advantage plan, I led the creation of a user-centered digital experience tailored to the needs of seniors and caregivers. I conducted audience research, developed personas, and mapped key user journeys to guide design decisions. Working closely with content, creative and development teams, I restructured the site architecture for clarity, simplified plan comparison tools, and ensured accessibility standards were met. The result was an intuitive, accessible website that made it easier for users to find plans, access care, and understand their Medicare benefits.
